About the Host. I produce music, Im into the outdoors, I like to socialize, I watch anime, I like to do lots of activities, and not a single one is sports. Horticulture, gardening, mountaineering, hiking, mtn biking, cycling, kayaking, gold prospecting, gym, exercising, shopping for fashionable clothes and shoes, ballroom dance, self-care, meditation, ttg, and going to many parks with the puppy. I am a secularist and non-religious. A book editor and Massage Therapist.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.
This is a homestead for your stay. It’s a chill place for people who need a night’s sleep. Almost finished remodelling the house. I need more funds to complete certain areas. We have high-speed Wi-Fi, Karaoke, game stations, Board Games, Oriental & Herbal Tea, fridge space, and cabinet space.

The Master Room: Essentials for personal comfort: A newly remodelled room, a queen-size bed with lift, dresser, shelving, walk-in closet, comfy reader chair, humidifier, 4k wifi TV, table and Desk. The Library has many books, a 4k wifi tv, a lazy boy chair, drawers under the bed, a remote controlled black out shade, Xbox 1, and a fan.

Parking is available on the street and in front of stone pavement, except during flowering season. You will receive a guest door code after check-in.

I’m available to play games, chat, and interact with. In the evening, we can watch documentaries, comedy specials, chess, and so on. If it’s an emergency, call right away. Otherwise, send a text, and I’ll answer between work. During work, I’m on Do Not Disturb.

There are many places to venture to in Colorado Springs during the day if you are staying multiple nights. I’m always out on the trails, hiking or biking. I can be your guide and provide many adventures around Colorado. You may also request massage therapy treatment during your stay at a separate cost, which will be at my clinic. I am a licensed massage therapist and could provide this service during your stay.

There is a backyard with exercising equipment: bench, bars, lats, lifts. Inside, Duo TRX straps, bells, dums, clubs, mace, and balls. I host online guided meditation classes and Qi-Gong MA, and you can join me.

The library has lots of reading material: Spiritual books, sci-fi/fantasy, Romance, Tech courses, and Plant-based Recipe Books, and we can plan meals.

Please wash your hands when arriving to prevent all outside germs from coming into the house, and wash after eating. Always leave bathroom doors wide open when not in use. No food in the bedrooms, and quiet time after 10 p.m. If you are getting up earlier than 8 am, be as quiet as possible and avoid using the microwave. It will wake others up.

New: Reverse Osmosis with Cold and Hot Water functions. Make instant teas or coffee. It is set to a perfect 200°

No Smoking, no e-cigs, no vaps, not 420 friendly. No alcohol. Only Sober people are here to stay.

You may have guests, but they must leave by 9 pm and have the approval to enter the house from the Host, foremost. Guests are not to be left alone and abide by house rules. Guests must provide I.D. to the host. No unknowns are allowed in my homestead.

Lots have happened in my three years of hosting through Airbnb at my homestead. So I hope this helps, knowing all the trouble I’ve been through and writing guidelines that reflect the negative, toxic nature of human guests.

So absolutely no sex, drugs, or drunkenness is permitted, or I’ll have you removed in a heartbeat. We have other guests here, and I will not tolerate such disruptions, entitlement attitudes, and whatnot. I’ve been through so many nasty behaviours that im not going to give you any chances after any commotions. This house is a private residence, not a hostel. My home, my rules. Im done tolerating low-quality people’s antics.

Due to allergies to red meats. Only poultry and fish are okay. Dairy must be contained, and only less than a litter at a time is allowed. Coffee can only be made by a press.

I am a germophobe, so everyone must not contaminate the house with dirty hands, so wash hands thoroughly after eating and entering the house. Also, don’t touch anything with dirty and wet hands. They leave marks and grime. Keep hands clean. Avoid touching your face with your hands. Use a cloth to rub eyes, scratch itches, and whatnot and wash up constantly.

Check-in on the first day is after 7 p.m. and before 10 p.m. Check-out on the last day is 9:30 a.m. Prep to check out before 9 am to be ready.
After check-in, wash up in the designated sink in the bathroom near the kitchen (not ever the kitchen sink), put your stuff away, settle in, and then shower. It’s preferable that everyone shower the outside off before sleeping in the bed. No showering twice in a day. Yes, that’s happened.

You will receive a code to the door after checking in.

Coordinate with me on any planning. Keep the peace and harmony by following the rules.

Quiet time is between 10 pm – 8 am. The host suffers from chronic fatigue and pain and needs to have proper sleep so as not to suffer through the day. Also, having quiet time is good for the soul.

Do abide by these rules and add them to your daily routine so that you can learn to be humble in someone else’s home.

  1. Leave bathroom doors open unless for privacy. Open doors, let us know no one is using it and air it out. Always turn on the fan when using the first-floor bathroom.
  2. We do not share pillows, so have your own, and they MUST be NEW. I have freshly washed pillowcases. I can provide some for you. *Do not use my decor pillows for sleeping.
  3. The house is furnished and has all the necessities to use from kitchen wear, bath necessities, and such. (except pillows).
  4. Showers and laundry must be done from 8 am-10 pm and not when anyone is sleeping unless with prior okay from everyone.
  5. No kids or animals.
  6. No food or drinks are allowed in the rooms—only water is allowed. Use the dining area. Foods in rooms bring bugs, grime, and stains to the sheets and furniture and a more burdensome mess to clean.
  7. No unapproved guests or overnight stays and must leave before 9 p.m. The guest may come over between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m. The guest must have daily approval from the host, and every guest must show their ID to the host and obey every rule.
  8. Everyone must wash hands asap in the designated sink downstairs to wash away outside germs when entering the house. You went to do something in your car; you still have to wash, do dishes- wash, handle your grimy phone- wash your hands, scratch anywhere on your face- wash asap. Do not transfer your bacteria to anyone or on things in this house. If you need to scratch an itch, use what I use: a cloth.
  9. If you get sick, wear a mask indoors, even in your room, and wash your hands more often. Let us know if you need the kitchen, and we will vacate the area. Do not be a spreader.
  10. Shoes off at the door. Shoes should not be on during quiet hours or going up or down stairs. Wear house slippers or socks with “soft padding.” Nothing that flops, bops, clunks, or booms.
Ensure there is no mud, sand, or rocks on the bottom of the shoes; then, you may put them away near the door. I have lovely rugs in the bedrooms. No shoes on them. Thank you.
  11. Clean up after yourself… I.e., bathroom messes, kitchen, living areas, dining table, and lastly, sweeping the floor. Then, clean your hands after cleanup in the designated bathroom sink. The host will not clean up after you, but the host will let you know if you are not cleaning up to standards and give a tutorial. Everyone must clean the hosts’ way because I have yet to meet someone better at cleaning and sanitising than I am. Im serious.
  12. Do not use anything that isn’t yours. You may ask to use personal things. We have the right to deny that request.
  13. Do not slam or shut doors or cabinets with force. Ease them closed at all times. Loud banging noise disrupts Zen. Turn the handle and ease the doors closed. That’s how silent doors stay silent. Many noise disruptions can be avoided.
  14. Check the toilet and clean it if you made a mess. Cleaners are hanging in front of the kitchen sink or upstairs bathroom near the toilet. If there is a mess and it’s not yours, let the host know to take action. Next is the most significant rule of all. This rule is to keep the peace and keep a mess from ever happening and that all “men” must sit to pee. Standing splatters, it fumes, it evaporates into the air, it gets all over the floor, and it will get on all things in the bathroom. Vaper does that. Sit and Zen. Leave the seat down at all times. Leave the lid up at all times. And freaking wash your hands with soap.
  15. The front door must be locked before leaving and when you enter. The front door is to remain locked at all times.
  16. Do not feed the host’s dog or dog-call her with whistles or mouth noises. She has a name and will come to you if she wants. Avoid petting the dog. She will sniff you and be on her merry way.
  17. Do not use loud appliances during quiet time, including the microwave. The beeps and the door aren’t silent when closing and can be heard upstairs while people sleep and wake them. If you need hot water, use the Reverse Osmosis hot water option. Edit July 1st: Got a newer over-the-counter microwave that does everything. Doesn’t beep as loud, but still keep it minimal when using.
  18. Never leave the stovetop while cooking, and pay attention to it. Clean up after you finish the provided cleaner and a single paper towel at a time.
  19. Be a ninja during quiet hours with no shoes till you leave the house; no showers during that time unless you get confirmation from all parties you need to shower. This is to avoid waking others up.
  20. There are TVs in the rooms for your entertainment. Keep the volume to a comfortable minimum or connect to Bluetooth. Avoid having the TV volume on while people are sleeping. It wakes up the other guests and disturbs the peace. The appropriate TV viewing times are after 9 am- 10 pm or when every person is awake and doesn’t care at that time. But still, keep the volume to a level of not blasting. I have an entertainment living area where we can watch movies on surround sound during get-togethers.
  21. There is a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom and living area. You may use these at a reasonable decibel during non-quiet hours.
  22. All bath towels are to remain in the bathroom to hang and dry. Not the bedrooms. Never stain the towels with makeup, grime, or clean with them. I have rags for special cleaning. Ask if you need anything.
  23. Seal all foods in a container before putting them away in the fridge or cabs. Do not use the original packaging unless they are sealed packaging. I have zip locks and sealable containers in the pantry.
  24. Always use a bottom plate suitable for the size of the food you’ll be cooking. Do not put microwavable plastic good stuff directly in the microwave without a bottom plate or bowl.

If the host sees something that’s against the rules, the host will immediately mention it or message you about it. Keeping the peace means following and adjusting yourself to the host’s rules so we all have a good stay. We are here living together and must maintain harmony. I set up these rules to keep that harmony.

Suppose you are cranky in the morning or just combative in nature, showing off the negative parts of you because you are set in your toxic ways. Instead, nod your head, that you comply, and go about your day. Do not talk back, saying you are not changing yourself in a negative tone, ruining the peace. Don’t be rude; comply with a nod acknowledging you understand, and it won’t happen again and go about your day.

If everyone follows the rules, there will never be conflict, and the host will never have to micro-host. Do your part. Always. It builds character. You are here to learn to be a better guest, as I have learned to be a better host during my three years as an Airbnb host.

This house is not suitable for children and infants. No pets. No parties or events.

I appreciate those who have respect and listen.
