Breathing helps our bodies regain endurance and strength throughout the day and, therefore, become less fatigued and gain more energy. We must love our bodies and know how to take special care of them. We will practice Mantras & Sutras that will reverberate our spirit. I will speak a Tao Te Ching Verse while guiding you to mental clarity. QiGong is about the body’s range of motion. In this class, we will improve our body’s flexibility and movement of joints and muscles.
Join my self-healing massage class. I will go over how to reduce migraines, headaches, muscle soreness, and injuries and self-care techniques to help you recover independently. Learn to know the proper methods to self-heal so you can live a better life, knowing you got the skills to heal.

SOLOR LLC is a Massage Therapy Clinic offering therapeutic services. Our goal is to provide 14 years of understanding of the human body with proper therapeutic techniques. You will become familiar with the formulated modalities in my services. Each has its manual hands-on treatment to assist and overcome your body’s soreness, tension, knots, scarring, injury, surgery, and “itises” of all kinds, helping you recover.
Meditation can be practised in many ways. I prefer to examine my day, days, weeks carefully, and so on to prepare my mind. From interactions to conversations, to dance forms, and what to write in letters. Meditation helps me put thought into everything, and everything turns out better. I also spend the first moments in meditation to heal my body. Range of motion movements, stretching my aches away, breathing techniques, and balancing using Qi Gong and ROMs. I host mediations weekly at my studio and online. If you are having trouble meditating, having a guru to guide you will impact your journey and help you delve into your mind and body to connect you to the world, the cosmos, and within.

Sessions will begin with moving your energy into a harmonious state to optimize your experience. Throughout guided visualization and meditation, you will receive cosmic codes that connect you deeper with your inner self.
My teaching method provides tools for you to lead and discover your talents from within at your own pace, giving you the greatest joy. This includes learning your own intuitive style, developing a heightened appreciation for your talents, and finding the flow state or expansive feeling (we often feel happy, loved, excited, satisfied, elated, focused, and fulfilled in this state) that brings your vision closer to the material plane. We learn the most while having fun, and wherever possible, I seek to give you tools to develop a fun learning style.

From QiGong and meditation- to self-massage and sound healing to guiding you on shamanic journeys -(more offerings), we offer a wide range of wellness practices that you can access from home, work, or on the road.
Every individual has his/her unique set of codes, much like your DNA, that contributes to the human race and the part of the world they traverse. The energy is expressed through visualization, dance, martial arts, spoken and written language, music, and song – any method that brings you into creativity aligned with your heart and moves away from thought. The energy has an intelligence of its own that bypasses the mind and is understood through the heart and soul, interacting with your energy at multiple levels across time. One cosmic code drawing will have different effects each time you interact with it. Different people will engage and receive specific frequencies and expressions of the energy than others.

My name is Annalise Gehling (she/they). I am a Los Angeles-based health coach, yoga teacher, and professional dancer. My focus lies in helping individuals reassess their relationships to the earth, food, movement, sleep, and stress. As a lifelong student of movement, it was not until I shifted my attention to the concept of mental clarity that I began to cultivate wellness – inside and out. There is an intimate connection between the food we eat, the thoughts we think, the care we take of our bodies and the fulfilment we experience in life.

My journey continues with these reminders: to constantly shift ideals and challenge ourselves to evolve, to be true to ourselves through authentic work and action, and never to be afraid of living fully. I am a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, where I experienced a community rich with interpersonal connection, freedom of expression, and endless passion. Inspired and seeking a deeper relationship with myself, I embarked on my yoga journey with the Lila Flow Yoga 200-hour teacher training to become a Yoga Alliance certified instructor. Continued curiosity ultimately led me to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. There, I studied to become a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, focusing on holistic principles to guide the body to a state of unification. As a Health Coach, I create an environment of authentic work and action based on feeling. We will co-create a supportive environment which serves as a safe space to work through challenges and adopt lasting habits. As a result, you will develop a deeper understanding of the food on your plate, the experiences that feed your being, and how these principles inform one another. Achieving balance will lead to improved energy, overall health and experiences of joy. Together, we are tasked with implementing simple changes into your life that will ripple into cosmic transformation.

These weekly videos will cover various topics – from brain health and how to sleep peacefully to managing stress and balancing hormones, plus many more. Learn about the foods that help (or harm) these systems and engage through mental and physical exercises to optimize well-being in these areas.
